Here’s a fact that will surprise you…. Recruiters typically spend 7.4 seconds looking at resumes. Spring cleaning is more than just tidying your home—refresh your resume too! Here are some tips I shared on my recent interview with Fox 5.

  • Customize experience to the job description

  • Highlight achievements

  • Quantify results by using metrics/data

  • Keep it simple and use key words 

  • Sprinkle soft skills language throughout resume
