After obtaining a degree in Communications and a minor in Psychology from Marymount University, I was ready to make an impact.
Fortunately, early on, I was exposed to the world of Human Resources, and I never looked back! I was afforded great opportunities around the globe to lead high-performing teams, evaluate talent, hire new recruits, and focus on learning and development.
